Toilet wand

Hi! I'm writing to let you know that I have been using the toilet wand system for a few months. I love the job it does and the fresh scent it leaves! However, it seems that the last 2 or 3 boxes of refills fall apart during use. I have actually had the pad fall off the plastic cap, and I had to fish it out of the toilet. What's going on?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Falling apart inside the toilet on first swipes!

I bought a 30 count box of wand refills after my initial positive experiences. However, these are coming apart, falling off the wand Ian’s causing me to have to reach into the toilet, fetch the refill and clean it by hand.
I’m really disappointed in this newer version and that I have SO MANY refills that are absolutely useless.

They don’t make them like they used to!!!!

I will never buy these toilet wand things again!!!! They have started making them cheaper and cheaper but cost more to buy them and now you can’t even clean good with them unless you use your hands to use the scrubber thing because now they just fall apart as soon as you get them wet and they separate from the little plastic round thing that attaches them to the wand, therefore they do not work good unless you go ahead and pull the plastic round off and use your hand to clean with the little scrubbing cleaner thing so they sure do not make them like they used to make them!!!! I for one, will not be buying anymore of them!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last 2 or 3 boxes of wand pads I’ve purchased have fallen apart as soon as they hit the water. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. Please go back to the old pads.

I’ve bought these for years and the last few boxes of refills the pads have fallen apart…I am not going to be fishing them out of the toilet bowl every time I use them…there are plenty of other companies I can switch to…

I used to love this product and used it all the time. Past two boxes literally fall apart once hits water. So upset. Don’t like picking the sponge out of the toilet! Probably won’t use again.

Used to be good, don't waste money now!!!

I have used these for years but the last 3 boxes I bought to refill SUCK!!! They fall apart as soon as you start scrubbing. Not happy, want money back. Need to go back to old design.
