Falling apart!

Never had these toilet wand refills fall apart! Have used for years and one entire sleeve has split right in the middle and fell apart. What happened Clorox? My husband bought a 20 pack and one sleeve trashed already because they fell apart. Now on to the next. I have cancer and my husband is doing everything to keep me safe. If he can’t clean the toilet with a product we trusted for years then it’s not clean. Please resolve!

Clorox Toilet Wand Refills

I have enjoyed the ease of use and find the clorox toilet wand and refills far more sanitary than nasty toilet bowl scrubbers sitting around. However I have been using these for years but the now all refills I have bought over the past year fall apart as soon as they hit the water forcing me to fish it out and use it without the wand which is disgusting. I will not be purchasing these ever again as they are no longer quality worth buying. Looks like a reusable scrubber is the only option. Thanks

Bad batch?

I purchased the value pack of toilet wand refills. When I opened the package the pads were all wet and sticky.

Falling apart

I have bought these wands for years and I bought 2 and my daughter bought one and all three keep falling apart. I thought the first one was just a bad batch, but clearly not. As much as I love these, I think I need to switch products.

Doesn’t work

I just recently purchased this system and I have not been able to scrub my toilet one single time, as soon as the sponge gets wet it comes off the plastic piece that attaches to the wand. Luckily I kept my old brush “just in case”. After seeing these reviews, I see there is a problem with the newer sponge.

Idea is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i have used this product the cleaning pads fall apart. Also if they aren't falling apart they spin around making it hard to clean. The handle isn't curved enough to get under the rim properly. Please fix these issues.

Pad fell off and went into my plumbing

I love the idea of this toliet want but the pads keep coming off when cleaning and today it went down into my plumbing and I cannot retrieve it! I am very concerned it will cause a clog and I will have to engage a plumber. Please fix this issue.

I used to love this product however the pads keep falling apart! Barely in the water and it starts falling apart and nearly falling off in the bowl!
