So disappointed

I bought this product thinking it’s Clorox so it will be good. Wrong, it falls apart before I can get 1 time around the toilet. Really disappointed that I also bought a refill box.

Not what it used to be

I’ve been using this product for years- the last shipment I got literally fell apart before I was even able to finish cleaning the bowl for 2 minutes. I thought it was maybe the store I purchased from since I had never purchased before but looking at the reviews it seems this is just a downhill production issue. I don’t think I’ll be rebuying.

Pad falls apart

Bought the toilet wand cleaning kit and since the first use, the pads are falling apart. I choose this toilet wand because of the Clorox name and very disappointed in not being able to clean my toilet.

Falls apart

I agree with the prior review. I’ve used these for years and have always been very pleased although the last couple of packs have been defected. The pad is barely holding on after contact made with the water. I would still recommend being that maybe I have purchased a bad batch because I truly love the simplicity of cleaning with the wand. Before this recent issue I’d def give it a 5 star!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these for years. Why all of the sudden are they falling apart. They use to be the bomb and super easy to use. I didn't mind paying the extra. I thought maybe there had been a defect so I bought more. But same problem. Please go back to the old design.

Clorox Toilet Wand Falls Apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have also used this product for many years. At some point last year during Covid, the refill sponges declined in quality drastically. The sponges fall apart immediately and you can't get through the cleaning before the sponge comes apart. In reading the reviews, many people are complaining of the same exact thing. You really need to take heed and fix this issue. Disappointed.

These fall apart!

I have used this product for years and recently the boxes I have bought have just fallen apart. I will not be purchasing these ever again. Very disappointed in the change in quality of this product.
