Poor quality

I’ve been buying refills for years and the past several boxes have been terrible. The sponge comes off as soon as you start to clean. Not sure what you changed but you need to glue them on better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falling apart

As others have mentioned, I too, am having trouble with the pads falling apart. I have purchased from a big box store & a big online retailer and this seems to be a quality issue. I love the concept, as I have used them for years, but I am beginning to feel like I can't trust the cleaning due to faulty product.

Changed for the worse

These used to be great but now they fall apart too easily. I will no longer be purchasing any Clorox products until they can step up and fix the problem with these wands and make a quality product again.

Quality has diminished

Used to love this product snd used it for ever; however the entire box of refills fall apart within a few seconds of use and can’t even finish cleaning my toilets. I used to use one on two toilets now i can’t even finish a toilet.

Toilet Refill

I am a big fan of the toilet wand system, but I had box of 20 count refills and every last one was barely holding on.. couple of times I had to reach in the toilet and pull it out. Had to use them because I opened the box and used a few very disappointing. Bought another box and that was fine but a waste of money for the other box..

Poor quality

I see by other reviews I'm not the only one experiencing difficulty with the toilet wand refills. I thought it was a manufacturing defect but now realize it's a product defect. Within a few strokes, the pad begins to pull away from the mounting disc. This was once a good, convenient and trusted product. What happened, Clorox?

Bad batch?

I used to love these, but the latest box I bought is defective. I hope its just one bad batch and not that the quality has decreased this much. The scrubbers keep falling off as soon as I begin using it. It falls into toilet and plastic piece that attaches to wand is all that remains on.

I have been using these for years. I give them to new homeowners. I give them to newlyweds. This last package of refills falls apart as so. As they get wet. It falls off the gosh- darned wand. Then I have to fish it out of my not-yet-clean toilet. Then I have to get another one because silly me got rid of the traditional toilet scrubby brush. Then that k e falls apart. It takes about 4 of these to get my toilet clean. And it has become very aggravating. It's multiple sleeves of this. And this is my 3rd box of refill packs and it's all the same. It's officially become a waste of my time and money. Don't waste your time. QA is failing miserably.
