Used to be great, not now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the toilet wands when they first came on the market and loved them for years! BUT, you have changed the pads and they are awful! They fall apart before I finish cleaning my toilet! Bring back the precious pads....I will not continue to buy these when I have to use 2 to clean 1 toilet!

Falls Apart upon contact wit water

Like the other comments on here I have used this product for many years but now I bought it and it falls apart instantly upon contact with water. I thought that maybe it was a bad batch so I got another box of refills and the same thing happened.
Now I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product.

Falling apart

I have read all the reviews and the same thing is happening with the cleaning heads. As soon as they touch the water they fall apart. I loved these because they were disposable. Please bring back the old ones. Every time I like something it gets changed. I would not recommend at this time. Thanks for your time.

I think you should be ashamed of yourself. This was a wonderful product and now you have cheapened it to the point that I will no longer use my hard earned money to purchase the refills. I bet your CEO got a great big bonus for creating the great idea of having these fall apart the minute they hit the toilet bowl. I'll be looking at other products. I wouldn't have given you one star if your site didn't require it.

Terrible Quality

We have used these Clorox toilet wands for years. The last two boxes that we have purchased have fallen apart as soon as we begin to use them in the toilet. Extremely frustrating when you are cleaning. We won’t purchase these wands any more, they are a waste of money. The quality of this product has went decreased. Don’t waste your money or time on this purchase!!

Toilet wand refills

I just bought a refill for my toilet wand cleaner and the refills literally fall apart within moments of using them. I am highly dissatisfied with this refill that I received and I'm thinking about switching to another product
