Used to love it

The last two times I've purchased this item the cleaning heads have come apart or fallen off completely as soon as it hits the water. The first package it happened with u thought maybe it was just a bad batch.. The second time i purchased a whole new system with the end not just the refill and the same thing happened. I'm very disappointed since I used to love this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I will never go

I will never go back to a regular toilet bowl brush. I love that the cleaner is already in the little puck. I use this for my shower and sinks too. Its very affordable imo. It just feel so much more clean using a new one every single time. It takes up less space bc its an all in one you dont need the brush and cleaners.

Falls apart

I have used this product for at least the last two years and loved up until recently. Now the head comes apart from the wand way too easily. I even had to fish it out of the toilet once as it completely separated from the wand. I am very disappointed in this product now. I use to tell everyone about it.

I have always used your wands and loved them. This time purchasing the refills again was horrible. I tried three scrubbers and they each fell apart before I could even use them. I have never had this happen. I hope you haven't changed product.

I too have been a Clorox Toilet Wand user for years and have loved it, but now am very disappointed that the heads fall apart immediately! What has happened? I mistakenly gave the system to my sons as well for their apartments and they are having the same issue! Please fix this issue with the pads falling apart.

Toilet Wand Pads

I’ve tried this product twice and the refill pads detach leaving the plastic base on the wand as soon as I “gently” start to scrub. Waste of money. Please don’t respond with a scripted message. Let us know if this is resolved or not please. Looking forward to quality improvement!

Toilet wand refills are not like they used to be

Hey Clorox. I don't understand why you would change the refills when they worked so good. Now, they fall apart during the first use. If they are not changed back to before I will have to search for other means to clean.
