Very disappointed

I have been using the clorox cleaning wand and refills for sometime, but this last pirchase of refills was very disappointing. Soon as the pad contacted the water it separated and fell apart. I tried several from the batch and they were all the same. I am now looking for a new product that will be dependable.

Terrible Quality

I am not surprised to see so many bad reviews about the pad. Within seconds of use, the pad almost completely detaches. Why hasn't this obvious defect been corrected?

Falls apart

I used to love these cleaners, you could actually scrub the toilet bowl. Now they fall apart, the scrubbing part falls of the plastic pice they are attached to. It’s impossible to even scrub the toilet because they fall of the stick. Why did you change your process? I may resort to using a different product because it is so frustrating.

Brush failure

I have been using the toilet wand and pads for a couple years and the last three times I have purchased replacement pads they fall apart starting when I remove them from the package. This product used to be easy to use but now I’m not able to clean the entire bowl due to the pads almost immediately separating from the plastic attachment for the wand.

Brushes for Wand disintegrate

I have used this product since it was first introduced. I love the clean & convenience. Over the last year, the quality of the brushes has “disintegrated”. They start shredding as soon as they hit the water and brake away from wand before the job is done. What happened Clorox?!

I have used this product for years and it used to be great but now they fall apart before you can finish cleaning the toilet. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Sponge falls apart immediately

I’ve used these for a number of years and they did a great job.. For the past year as soon as it hits the water it falls apart. I keep buying them thinking I got a bad batch. Obviously they are all bad.
