Has failed in preformance in the past year greatly

I'm writing this review to let Clorox know I have bought my last clorox toiletwand product of
any kind. I have used this produce for many years I have even bought extra ones to scrub other hard to clean things, but for about the last year while using the wand and scrubber on the toilet the scrubber just comes right off before you even get a good scrub and you have to fish it out with the wand kind of defeats the purpose. This is if you buy a single, double or the whole kit I tried all three and each one in all the box's fell apart. It's a waste of my money.

I use to love this toilet wand and refill pads. The pads fall apart as soon as hit the toilet water. I would leave no stars but it would not let me. Very disappointed customer

Not sure I can say anything different than everyone else is saying. Product used to be wonderful and it just isn’t anymore. I’m sure there was some sort of cost saving involved but you’ve jumped the shark. Maybe just stop making them?

Falls apart

As another reviewer posted, this used to be a great product, but the last two refill packs I have bought come apart as soon as they go in the water. The scrubber separates into layers and comes loose from the base.

Toilet wands

I owned a cleaning service back in 2010 and bought these wands for all my employees to use. LOVED them. I recently bought a home with 4 bathrooms so I bought one for each. They are horrible now. They fall apart, they shread, they have very little cleaner in them and I can never clean a whole bowl because they fall apart and I have had to get gloves to remove them from my toilet. What happened and why?????

Great product gone bad

I loved this product when it first came out. Over the last year, the sponge heads have become a waste of money. They don’t stay attached to the plastic disk and when the do, they start to separate so you can’t even clean with them. Today I used 4 in two different toilets. The first one in each toilet completely fell off the disk. The second just fell apart. Who wants to stick their hand in the toilet to retrieve the pad? Defeats the purpose of using them.

Poor quality

I’ve been using the Clorox toilet wand system for years! I clean houses for a living and generally recommend my clients get them, but the quality of this product has gone down substantially! The scrubbing head detaches from the plastic EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it. Def will not continue to use or recommend the toilet products.

Don't waste your money.

I have used this product for years and loved it. Did away with all other products and would't use anything else. Now the last three boxes I have bought are terrible. The scrubber peels away from the handle and goes loose in toilet. So much for cleaning hands free from toilet water. Not going to waste my money on a 4th box. Used to be so wonderful. What happened?
