clorox wand system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of these ( one for each bathroom) and they are horrible! After using the wand you have to wipe the toilet bowl or the dye in the scrubber stays and dries blue. If I had wanted to hand clean the bowl why would I have bought these? Going back to regular cleaning way. What a waste of money!!
Pros: Disinfects, Easy to use, Powerful cleaning, Whitens

Toilet wands

Have been using the toilet wands in my home as well as my cottage. Last batch everyone has fallen apart as soon as they are wet. The you have to physically retrieve them from the bowl . So disapponted!

Ruining my toilets

I have been using the toilet want for about 6-9 months and I must say I love the concept and the ease of the product. I do have one issue, however. The finish on all of my toilets is being ruined. We have always cleaned our toilets at least once a week and have never left the cleaning product in the toilet for any period of time. Once the toilet is cleaned the toilet is flushed. Since I have started to use the Clorox Toilet Wand I have replaced one and now need to replace two additional toilets as the surface of the toilet bowl has become very rough. We never had this issue or problem until we started to use the Colorox Toilet Wand so unfortunately I am discontinuing use. Please help me understand why this product is destroying the finish on my toilet bowls.

Loose and Floppy

I started using ToiletWand about 3 years ago due to the fact I could no longer find the ScotchBright sponge type any more. While they did OK I guess, it always seemed they might come off. But the last few months purchasing them, I have seen that the material is less dense which makes the cleaning disc floppy and not hold it's shape. I am disappointed that you seem to have made a less durable product perhaps to reduce cost. Please continue to give a good product.

Used to be good, not anymore

The last few months QC has apparently become unimportant. We’ve used them for years but we’ll be moving on to some other products unless Clorox fixes their problems. The pads are unusable, they fall apart the second you try to use them.

Great but not durable

After using the first pack, I went back to the store and bought the scented ones. The bext time I used it, the brush button was loose. It made me change my opinion about buying another one if it is only made to last a couple of monthes. Great concept though.

Not the same product

I have used toilet wands for years and now suddenly they fall apart. The LAST thing I want to do is fish broken pieces out of my toilet. Why the change? Can you PLEASE test changes before implementing? And change it back?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes the wand is convenient until the pad comes off and is flushed down the toilet. Unable to snake out. Took toilet apart to small further down. Pad is stuck in the S part of the toilet. Convenience is going to be costly. I do not recommend this product.
