Not as good as original

I bought this when it first came out and loved it but since 2020 the pads that go on the wand immediately fall apart. Please fix this problem so I can love this product again.

Clorox wand

Done buying this product. Going back to toilet brush. Doesn’t do me any good to have to use more than 1 scrub to clean toilet. Completely falls apart when submerged in water.

Pads

I purchased this months ago and loved it! Then, I ran into problems when the pads separated from the wand and floated around the toilet. Since you can't flush them, you have to dig them out. GROSS! I have purchased two 10 count refills and had the same problem with both. Kind of hesitant to buy more until the problem is corrected.

Starter kit pads are great, refills are the worst.

I have bought different size refill packs thinking maybe I got a bad batch. But, no, I did not get a bad batch, the scrubbers fall off the attachment as soon as they get wet. Unless they start selling the original pads that come with the starter kit, I will no longer use this product.

Sponge falls off during use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this product. However, when using the wand the sponge falls apart while cleaning the toilet. If that issue was solved to where the sponge would not come apart I would definitely recommend this product.

Don’t waste your $$

This product used to be good, no longer…seems like they’ve cut manufacturing corners and the result is a product that falls apart when it hits the toilet bowl water. If you’re able to swish it around once, and get it out again in one piece, you’re lucky. Don’t buy this product, Waste of your money.

Toilet wand refills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought your toilet wand refills for several years now and really love them but just like many of the other people who have left reviews I have found that they fall apart very quickly when I use them Don't know if maybe you started using a different adhesive to hold on the pad??? Disappointed :( Would recommend if problem is fixed
