I don’t know what has changed, but I recently purchased the Toilet Wand w/refills. The second it hit water, the scrubber fell apart. Tried a second one and the same thing happened. I’ve used these for years, but like most products, the quality has gone downhill. Waste of my money. Very dissatisfied.

Scrubbers fall apart!!

The last few refills I have purchased fall apart. At first I thought it was a bad box, but subsequent purchases of this product continue to fall apart during use. It is disappointing when a good product from a trusted brand is rendered useless by the manufacturer. Time to shop for an alternate product. I won’t be buying any more Clorox ToiletWand refills.

Bad quality

After years of really liking this product, this most recent box has been awful. The scrubbing pad falls off immediately. The first one I took out was barely attached to the plastic piece. Very sad and upset at this. Might have to find a different product.

I used to love this product. Now they fall apart as soon as I put them in the toilet bowl. Won't stay together long enough to get it cleaned!

Refills fall apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Clorox Toilet Wand and refills for years and the last several months, I've purchased the refills and they are not the same! As soon as they are wet, they fall apart. Have you changed glue? Manufacturer? Change back!!! These refills are awful.

Not what it used to be

Don't know why I'm writing this since every other review talks about the same problem I'm having, namely the scrubbing pads falling apart. Used to love this product but no more. Will find another product & hope that one will be better quality. I don't mind paying a little more as long as the product works, but I really don't like paying for such a poor product. Sorry, Clorox, but apparently nothing is being done to correct the problem since the reviews keep talking about the same problem.
