Lately the refills just fall apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Clorox Toilet Wand refills for many years. Over the last 6 months and going thru 3 refill boxes of 10, the heads rip apart from the plastic part holding them onto the wand. I used to be able to clean 2-3 toliets with one head, but now the product is so brittle it falls apart during the first bowl. Please look into this issue as others have posted about it but the product has shown no improvement. I'm guessing cheaper materials are being used lately leading to premature product failure. I'll try one more refill box but will have to switch to another brand should this product continue to fail.

NOT A GOOD PRODUCT ANYMORE

I have used this product for years. Lately I have had nothing but problems with this product. The scrubbing disc that attaches onto the handle literally falls off the handle while you are scrubbing. It is not fun to try and retrieve this disc from the bottom of your toilet bowl. I am not sure what has happened because this used to be a great product. So very disappointing!!

Used to be awesome

As another reviewer stated, the scrub pads used to be great! It feels like they wanted to save money so they started using cheaper material bc these pads fall apart almost instantly when you try to use them. Not every single one, but at least 1 or 2 in the last couple refill packs I've bought. Don't waste your money on these anymore

I bought this system and I have been using it since it came out. The refills fall apart as soon as they get wet and they are not flushable so I have to fish them out of the toilet bowl. Not a fun thing to do.

Poor quality

The refills used to be great quality but now they just fall apart as soon as they get wet! I have a wand in all four bathrooms but if quality doesn’t improve I’ll have to look for something else.

I’ve used these for a very long time, they USED TO BE AWESOME. But now they come unglued and fall apart in the water, SO DISAPPOINTING!

The last two boxes of toilet wand refills fall apart as soon as they hit the toilet water. One even went down the toilet which made me afraid it would stop up my toilet system. I like the convenience of the toilet wand system and the fact you don't have that ugly and bacteria ridden toilet brush sitting in the bathroom but the problem with the toilet wand needs to be addressed by Clorox company.
