Poor Quality

I’ve been using the ToiletWand and buying refills for years. The quality of the last refill pack was absolutely poor. They fall apart as soon as they hit the water and basically useless to clean properly. Very disappointed. Will not waste my money on another package.

Love The convenience

I have used these for years. I have a set in each bathroom and one in our RV. It has always been an excellent product. Lately though I’ve gotten a few that come apart from the wond When you first start to scrub. Disappointing that they haven’t been put together better because that means you have to put on a glove and fish it out! The whole point is to not have to do that. For the most part, I would never be without them!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This used to be great, however, the last 2-3 times I purchased, I noticed they fall apart within seconds of starting to use. Will not be purchasing any longer as it appears you are trying to cut costs.

Fall Apart

I have been using this item for several years and loved them, but something has changed. The last few refills I have purchased are not the same quality. They fall apart as soon as I put them in the bowl. They detach from the wand and are useless. I end up having to use another cleaning product to finish the job.

I have used the Clorox toilet wand system for many, many years. The disposable scrubbing pads in the past year or do have become useless. They tear up and come apart after the INITIAL swish in the toilet. This used to be an amazing product. I'm sure the company has designed the pads to come apart to discourage multiple uses, but it would be nice to be able to do 1 toilet before the pad disentragrated. Dont waste your money.

I have been using this product for years. I am disappointed with the product falling apart on usage. If you cannot go back to the original product, I will have to find something else to use on my toilets.

No longer a good product

I have been using the Clorox ToiletWand for a long time, however just recently, the refills are not manufactured well. The glue used to hold the scrubber to the wand is not strong and the scrubber falls into the toilet. This is just unacceptable. I thought I got a bad batch, but the last box purchased was the same. I see other complaints. Obviously Clorox knows there is a problem, but doesn't seem to care. I'll be switching brands.

Not What They Were

When first released, the wand system was great. However, the pads no longer hold together. I have to press the wand down to keep the pad together long enough to finish cleaning the bowl. When I'm done, the pad is dangling by a thread! I haven't had to fish one out of the bowl yet - ick - so I might quit using them while I'm ahead!
