Wand falls apart :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Clorox wand for 12+ years, but the last 3-4 boxes of refills I bought has completely fell apart as soon as it hits the water. I thought maybe I had just 1 bad cleaning head. But it turns out to be every single one that I've used. I can't even scrub the bowl with the cleaning pad without it coming apart. Very disappointed customer.

love the product till recently

every pad in my last box has fallen apart before i get the bowl 1/2 cleaned. nothing like having to stick my hand in to the blue chemical bath to make sure the pad doesn't get flushed. very disappointed.

Coming Apart

I've been buying these for years. This was the only box left when I went to the store. I needed them so I bought it. They fall apart at the attachment segment. I can use them, but it's difficult to clean the toilet with the cleaning head flopping around. I hope this was an anomaly as I find this product to generally be affective and convenient.

Faulty refills

I’ve used Clorox toilet wand refills for many years. Lately the 10 pack of refills have been falling apart. I thought it was just a bad batch from a recent purchase, but it had been consistent in other boxes from different stores. I’m disappointed in the quality of a product that I used to like very much. I will probably have to look for a new disposable toilet bowl cleaner.

Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 20 count refills and every one of them are defective. You attach it to the wand, dip it in the water and it turns into a slinky and you cannot clean the toilet with it. I went through the whole box and had the same results with each and every one of the 20 of them and they ended up in the garbage. I have been using this system for a long time and have never had this problem before. Something is wrong in manufacturing of the refills.

Refill head issue

I've been using the toilet wand system for a long time now. Recently I signed up for a monthly subscription service and this is my 4th order. I've always been extremely happy with the product, but, the change in the refill heads are definitely not of the same quality as my previous purchases. I'm having the same issue as others are. These new heads are falling apart almost immediately to hitting the water, and I can't even finish cleaning the toilet without using another. I luv the wand kit and would like very much to continue using it. Im hoping you can find a solution to this problem. I'm sure I as many others would luv to see the original heads back on the market, or at least find a solution to the design of the new ones .

ToiletWand Very Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Toiletwands three times now and with each box the quality of the product is very very poor and seems to get worse. The pad just falls off the pad holder as soon as it hits the water. I have used this product for years and never before was the quality so shabby. This product is definitely is not worth the price. As I threw out the box the only # on the bag is TW 21 007 10:21 D1.

AWFUL QUALITY

I’ve used this product for several years now. At first the products were great. The last several boxes I have bought, the pads fall off as soon as it hits water. I’m not even getting to scrub my toilet with the product. The quality has drastically changed. It takes MULTIPLE pads to clean the toilet and I’m left majority of the time fishing out pads from an unclean toilet. Highly dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Especially when I’m buying refills for two bathrooms and not getting to use hardly any of the product.
