Do not waste your money!

When this product first came out I purchased the wand and refills and it worked great. I loved it! I bought a refill pack and they Changed the product. As soon as it touches the water it falls apart you can’t even clean the toilet thoroughly. Do not buy this product it is a waste of money.

Cleaning Pads are Poor Quality

I've always loved using the Clorox ToiletWand System, but lately, each pack of cleaning pad refills I purchase break so easily. As soon as I start cleaning to toilet, the top of the pad detaches from the bottom to the point it's fallen into the toilet before. This issue has occurred repeatedly, and I don't think I will continue to purchase them any longer. Such a shame the quality has gotten so bad.

pads falling apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the wands for years and never had an issue. I have one in each of my bathrooms. This last 20 pack refill had an issue almost all of them have falling off and one even got stuck in the toilet bowl. Thank god my husband was able to get it unstuck. I am getting ready to buy a new box and really hope I don't have the same issue would hate to go back to the nasty toilet bowl brushes. Thank you for your time. Have a blessed day.

Disappointed with auality

I noticed in other reviews that I’m not the only one with the cleaning discs separating after hitting the water. I checked with family and they are experiencing the same issues. Not sure if you changed suppliers but this isn’t the quality I had come to expect. You need to get it fixed! Reviews are over a year old….

Cheap Construction

I have used these for years and am always careful to keep the cleaning pad pressed tightly between the bowl and handle because the pad always appears to be ready to fall off. Today it did, while in the trap area of the toilet. I finally worked in into the bowl and fished it out (by hand). This may be the most poorly made brand name product on the market

No Good

The soapy scrubby pad falls off the second you start to clean the toilet. You're lucky if it hangs on to the wand by a thread, but, yes, you've got it, I've had to put my hand in the toilet to "fish" it out. This happens on every single pad. The plastic base sticks to the wand which is good, but the scrubby pad falls off the base, which is bad, very bad. I came to the web site and see numerous complaints about the same thing! I called the 800 # and they took care of the problem $$$ which I appreciate--but can I trust these again? I wonder.....

Used to be good

I have used this product for several years, but as several other reviewers have stated, even before you start to use the pad it starts to separate from the plastic holder. This started happening two packages ago, and I figured it was just a fluke, but the newest package is the same way. Not a fan of fishing these out of the toilet, so I'll be going back to the old brush and toilet bowl cleaner.

Bad Batch

I just refilled all 4 toilet systems pads in my house and they are all falling apart in the water before i even get a chance to finish cleaning the toilets.
