I've used these toilet wands for many years, but recently the product has been changed and the scrubbing wands fall apart while cleaning the toilet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disc falls apart

I see that the disc detaching from the handle is a common problem. I have used the wand for the last 5 years. This lastest batch of discs are horrible. The glue holding the disc together comes apart within seconds. It is a race to not lose the disc down the toilet. What is wrong with these???

Very efficient and convenient

I have been using Clorox disposable toilet wands since they were first made available however, the last two times that I purchased the wands, they fell apart within seconds of me using them. This is disappointing because there are less expensive ways to clean my toilets, but I love the convenience and efficiency of the wands. I do not plan on purchasing these wands again in the near future. In their current condition, they are a waste of money.

Displeased and disappointed with Toilet Wand

My family has used the Toilet Wand for years, in addition to other fine Clorox products. However, over the recent past, the fibrous cleaning pads frequently detach from the plastic base almost immediately after being immersed in the water. This has happened on several occasions. Now it is Memorial Day Weekend, and the pad has come off again, and has completely disappeared into the plumbing! Hence, we are now unable to use or flush this toilet until a plumber can be reached over a holiday weekend, with the great possibility of an expensive plumbing bill. I have noticed several other customers mentioning this similar dilemma. Please either strengthen the glue component on this product or remove it from the market. It is unacceptable for a company of your size and reputation to keep selling a faulty product that frequently fails to perform its intended purpose. Thank you

Toilet wand pads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do use these toilet lines for years the last two boxes I bought fall apart the minute you put them in the water I’m thoroughly disgusted and I can’t return the product and so now I’m out two boxes of the pads

What happened to this product?!?! The new cleaners are awful, after being in the water for 4 seconds it disintegrated.

Useless

They fall apart once they hit the water! I thought maybe I had a defective box so I bought another at a different store. Nope. Same as before. Absolutely useless!

wand refills are awlful

I purchase refills for my wand and within 10 seconds they came apart. Then they popped off the wand itself. I have used this system for many years. I just wanted to let you know that your product is not as good as it use to. I am not surprised everything is being made subpar. Think twice before you buy this product. I know I will
