poor quality lately

I'm a long time user of the toiletwand cleaning system. I purchased my first one years ago when they first came out. But, lately, the quality of the refill heads have been extremely poor. As soon as they get wet they start falling apart. You know, Clorox , I buy your products because I trust them. I don't know what is going on with the manufacturing of these refill heads but they are horrible, and they are not cheap. By the looks of the other reviews I'm not the only one having trouble with the quality. You might want to start looking into it. This is the third box I have bought with the same results. I usually get the big box of 20. I guess I expect better from you folks.

Poor quality

I've used the toilet wand for years and my most recent purchase of refills was horrible. It fell apart an right away!

Why change such a great product???

I have been using your toilet wand for years and it was a great product!!! Now the pads are cheap and horrible!! The pads come apart immediately after touching the water!! I get you wanted to save money, but please go back to the older pads. Looking at the other reviews, a lot of us are telling you the same thing!!

Very disappointed

I have been using these for years and this last package I purchased about 2 months ago have been total junk! They are falling apart seconds into cleaning. NOT a satisfied at all.

Terrible quality now

I have been using the ToiletWand for a long time but now the scrubbing heads fall apart in a nanosecond. Absolute worst quality now and I will not purchase this product again. Was it a budget thing? If so, not bright because after a short google search, many people feel the way I do so you will lose whatever money you thought you were saving.

Best thing since sliced bread

Love this except PLEASE put more glue , l keep losing my cleaner from the disc while cleaning. This product makes a nasty job so much easier but again, please add more glue between the disc and the scrubber

Cheaply made

I quit using cause they r so cheaply made, they fall apart so fast and has less cleaning power.. They used to turn the water blue and now it has very little color when I use them.
