Horrible!!!

I have used this system 2 times. The connection broke in the middle of use. It is now worthless. I wish I had never bought it.

ToiletWand Refills are poor quality

I have used the ToiletWand system for many years but the quality of the refills has dropped dramatically recently. The cleaning scrubber detaches from the plastic base before you even get it out of the cello bag. Even if you pull it out gently by hand before attaching to the wand, it falls off almost as soon as you try scrubbing the toilet. This did not used to happen. Perhaps the attachment disk could somehow be pinned to the interstitial webbing which is more substantial than the fluffy mat. (I'll try that and let you know.) My latest batch: TW 20 300 14:50 D3
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These are terrible

These used to be great, but they must have changed manufacturers. They fall apart as soon as they hit the water now. I used to be able to clean 3 toilets with one wand. Now they disintegrate on contact with water. Clorox, please go back to the old formula,

Disappointed

The last 5 boxes I have bought have been falling apart from its base and makes it impossible to clean. I am having to scoop out sponge from toilet bowl and I am having to clean toilet bowl the old fashioned way. VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THE RECENT QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT!

Product has Deteriorated

I’ve been using the Clorox Wand for about 5 years now. It was a good product until lately when it just falls apart when it gets soaked. The product has deteriorated while its price has gone up. I feel scammed. Clorox is supposed to be a trusted brand and yet, here’s one that has tricked me. There’s no way I can get my money back on this product and this upsets me.

I will not buy the toilet wand again, horrible!!

I purchased the toilet wand system and a 30 pack of disposable scrubbers. sadly disappointed. These should actually be called :light wipers not scrubbers. As soon as you attempt to actually scrub anything they fall apart. I did find that if I put on some rubber gloves and held a scrubber pad in my hand I could reach down in my toilet and use them, they took longer to fall apart that way. when using the wand they would last seconds. I will use the rest of the pads as hand scrubbers, but only because I already bought them and can't return, but the wand is in the recycling bin....
