Very Disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for years and it worked great. The last purchase I made was a totally different product. Something happened to your manufacturing process - the wand now immediately falls apart when used even gently. I will no longer buy this product.

Wand Refills Falling Apart

As other reviews have mentioned, I've been purchasing the wand refills for years and have loved them, even so much that I've referred several people to them. But once they started showing back up in stores after the pandemic panic, the quality has been horrible! The scrubber falls off the wand the minute it hits the water and is useless. I bought 6+ boxes when they came back into stock and every single one is bad. Hope Clorox is listening to its customers and fixes the issue.

You have known you have a problem for years

I had used this product for years, then came the pandemic, and could not find refills.
Finally refills appear again in stores, purchase refills, and find out that your once quality product, is worthless. Glue used to hold scrubber comes apart once it gets wet. this makes product worthless. Clorox was once a respected name in cleaning circles, No longer.
Do not buy!

Low Quality Product- Very Disappointed

I have been using the toilet cleaning wand for years and I have definitely noticed a decrease in the quality of the cleaning scrubber. It falls apart as soon I get it wet and I haven't even starting scrubbing yet! Ms. CFO -Save money another way- you need to improve this product! ITs a total waste of my money.

Bought this for my husband to clean the toilet and he said it fell apart on the first swipe in the bowl! So angry I spent money on this! What a waste!

Frustrated

I have been using these for years and loved them.. Recently the cleaner falls apart as soon as I start scrubbing /cleaning and falls off into the bowl!! Defeats the purpose when I have to fish it out and finish cleaning by hand. Quality has significantly declined !! I won't be purchasing again

When product first began it was great. Now the refills fall apart before you can finish. Small amount if cleanser. Please improve quality
