Whatever changed doesn't work

I use this product daily, and something changed and the heads fall apart much quicker... I used to be able to use one head for all four toilets in the house, but now they fall apart on the first use.

What happened?

I have used the toilet wand for years for several reasons... more sanitary, ease of use and good quality for the job..... what happened? For months I have noticed the ‘sponge head’ starts to fall apart before I finish...scares me cause last thing I want is for that to break off and accidentally get flushed! I thought it was a fluke, but I see others on here having the same issue. Guess I’ll have to move on to another product.

We’ve used the toilet wand and refills for years with great success and satisfaction. But after buying two boxes of refills recently only to find they are now flimsy and almost disintegrate upon hitting water I doubt we’ll be buying them in the future. Congratulations on taking a wonderful product and making it worthless trying to save production costs.

I have used the toilet wand for years and the last few purchases have fallen apart as soon as they hit the water. Have you changed the way they are put together? I have the large refill package that are of no use.

Toliet Wand Sponge Head

As your cleaning your toliet, the sponge starts coming off the wand. I, also, have been using your wand since they came out into the market. Very irritating...I will not be buying again until you go back over to the original sponge head.

I have used this product for many years in every bathroom in my house. In the last few months, the product falls apart and comes unglued in just a few seconds. I would love for the product to be returned to a good quality. Until then, I can't waste my money on this.

Cheapened to point of being useless

This was a fantastic product when introduced and we have been using for several years. But the quality and construction of the product has deteriorated to the point of being useless for the intended purpose. If the cheapening of the product was to present a more acceptable price point then I would have rather had a smaller refill package at the same price than the useless item we have now!

I have used the Clorox Wands for years, and in the past 6 months, they fall apart immediately after hitting the water. I have pictures to prove. I would love a kick back, to see if your product can improve. But, what happened?! I've lost so much money!
