So disappointed!

I have used these wands for years and loved it but the last couple of boxes of refills fall off the plastic as soon as it hits water. At first I thought maybe I’d gotten a bad batch so I bought more and they’re doing the same thing. I hate that I’ll have to find another product because I really liked these.

What happened to toilet wand quality?

I bought two boxes of 36 toilet wand refills 2 days ago. Have only used four of them so far and all four of them fell apart as soon as they got wet. Very disappointed. This used to be a great product. What happened?

ToiletWand refills

I have always used these wands in my housekeeping jobs. They were perfect. The whole system was great. However the last box of replacement wand scrubbers are terrible. They all fall off the wand as soon as you start using it. Therefore this product is now useless in design. Before leaving my comment I took a look at other reviews. I was surprised to read this has been an ongoing problem for over a year at least. I have trouble understanding why it has not been corrected yet. It seems I was just lucky that I purchased all good wand replacements up until this last time. For myself,the Clorox name has always been a sign of a trusted quality product. It seems not to be so much now. If this is what I can expect to see then perhaps I should choose another label.

Poor quality cleaning pads

I have been using the Clorox wand toilet bowl cleaner for years. The last 5 boxes of refills have been terrible to use. They are not glued onto the plastic pad enough and fall off right away making me have to put my Hand into the water which defeats the purpose of the wand. Sadly I will no longer be using this product. It was great at one time.

Totally lousy now. Need a 0 star.

I have used these for years. Always loved them. Now, one swoosh and they're off the base. Thought I got a bad package but several packages later they are STILL FALLING OFF 1ST DIP. I wish you'd put quality back in your product. I will need to find something else if this continues.

Changed for the worst

I have been using the toilet bowl wands for years. The last two refill's have been horrible! They come apart before I am done. I have three sons and I need something that will work until I'm done and not fall apart. I am so disappointed in Clorox

Terrible product

I started buying the toilet wand and refills when they first came out and I loved them. But the past few times I bought them, the pad falls apart and while cleaning the toilet part of the pad falls off into the water. I have to reach in to get it. I'm done with this product. It should be taken off the shelf. Shame on you Clorox!
