Recent purchases disappointing

I have been using the toilet wands for quite a while and absolutely loved them. I even bought some for my daughter. But, the last two boxes that I bought were not the same quality. They separate and fall apart as soon as they're put in water. I'm really afraid to use them for fear they will come apart and go down the toilet.

What is going on with these??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’be been using the toilet wands for years and loved them but my last 3 or 4 packs have been horrible. The fall apart as soon as they get wet can barely even use them. I will be switching to another brand I guess so sad :/

WAS good... now horrible!

I used the Toilet wand cleaning kit for YEARS, but the last few times I have purchased the refills, they fall apart IMMEDIATELY in the water... I can't even scrub my toilet! Bring back the old refill pads.

Disappointed

I have been using the toilet wand and brush set for years and always loved it. Recently it has been difficult to find the replacement brushes and when I did, they were awful. They came off the wand in the toilet and I ended up using almost the entire box. HELP!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the monay

I have used this product for many years. The last two times we purchased the wand refill they are flimsy. As soon as the refill touches the water it starts to break apart. Poorly made. Very disappointed. It use to be a good product. Don’t buy, waste of money now.

Very disappointed

I have used the toilet wands for greater than 10 years. But in the last year, the wand pads practically fall apart and off the wand as soon as you put them in the toilet! I don't know what you're doing differently, but if I buy one more batch of pads that do this I will be throwing my toilet wand in the trash and will be hesitant to ever by Clorox products again.

Awful!!

Something has changed drastically with the wand refill pads! They used to hold up very well. Now they fall apart as soon as they hit the water. Within seconds the pad is literally disintegrating and falling off the wand. I've had to fish them out of my toilet! These new refills are terrible! Colorox MUST know this is happening. I'm shocked they would put such a poor product out there. I'll never buy these again! Honestly I think I'll try to avoid clorox altogether. I'm extremely disappointed in this company.

I've used the Clorox toilet pad cleaning systems for years. Recently, every single pad becomes detached before I can even finish cleaning the bowl. Clorox, you know this! In this day and age of social media you would be hard pressed to find any reviews that did not mention the change in the quality of this product. If you don't improve the adhesive that connects the pad to the clip there is no reason to use this product. For now, bye bye Clorox.
