Don't Waste You Money

One swish around the bowl and the scrubber head breaks apart - 5 wipes around and it falls off completely. Defeats the purpose of using a "non-touch" cleaning tool.

What happened?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One day I love this product, next minute its falling apart as I use it! I cannot use the remaining refills because I am fearful it will fall in the toilet. I am extremely disappointed.

The last 3 times I've bought this product I've noticed that the sponges are coming apart too quickly. I've been using this for at least the last 6+years. I'm so disappointed that I think I'm going back to brushes in all 3 if my toilets.

I have used this product since it came our, it's not the same anymore. The pad detaches from the wand once its wet. Hope you fix this issue soon or will have to stop using, not worth the trouble! If the problem is resolved I would have no issue recommending this product to everyone.

I’ve used these for years and always loved them. Recently they fall apart and they are useless. Very disappointed in this product.

Very disappointed

The scrubby part always comes apart or completely detaches from the wand. Please fix this so that I can continue to use your once great product. Very displeased long time customer

Used to love them.

I’ve been using Clorox Toilet Wand and refills for many years. The last two boxes of refills I’ve purchased have been terrible. As soon as they get wet and I start to scrub the bowl the refill falls apart. I’ve had to fish out a number of them. I see others have been complaining about this for quite awhile. I know the focus has been on producing Clorox wipes since the pandemic, but I hope you will soon address this quality issue.

Was great now is awful!

I have been buying these refills for years. They were awesome. Now the pad detaches from the plastic in a matter of seconds. Due to Covid I was unable to find refills for awhile. Once I found them to be in stock I purchased several boxes. This is when I noticed they went on the cheap! I am trying to use them up but I am about ready to throw the rest away and find a new system. It is very disappointing that the quality could decline so rapidly. Like one of the other reviewers stated I would rather pay more than deal with inferior product.
