Decrease in Quality! :(

I have been buying this product for a couple of years and have always found it to be a great product. I bought a box of refills approx 6 months ago and I immediately noticed a decrease in the quality, but thought it was a fluke! The layers of the refill began separating during use. I continued to buy the product and didn't experience any more issues until using the box I purchased this month. The sponge literally came apart from the disc that attaches to the wand. I had to "fish" for the sponge in the toilet bowl and remove it with my hand. I will probably buy one more box, but if the quality is no better, I will no longer purchase this product. Clorox, you had a great product, put your Quality team on this and resolve the issue please!!

scrub head falls off the wand

As has happened to a number of other reviewers, the scrubbing head falls off the wand too easily. In our case, my wife was using it on our basement toilet, and it fell in just as she was flushing the toilet. Because the toilet was in the basement, the waste goes into a macerating pump to send it to the sewer. I am contacting the pump manufacturer to find out if the pump will dispose of the head without problem. If the answer is no, we will have to call a plumber. We are not happy.

Quality Control Failure

This product USED to be great. I could clean under the rim and all in the toilet. Now it is made so cheaply that it just falls apart in the toilet and has to be fished out. The directions now say for cleaning above the waterline. Who only cleans above the waterline? This product is now useless and I have spent my last penny on it.

Poorly made refill

I recently purchased a large package of refills and the quality is just so poor now. What happened? These used to be great. The scrubber falls apart almost instantly in water. Not good, what a waste of money

We recently ran out of our precovid purchases of the wand refills. Just bough a new pack and they are horrible! They haven't got enough soap to even clean one toilet and within less than 30 seconds the sponges are pulling off the want from the plastic piece glues onto the sponge.
I'll try one more box when I run out of these (thank goodness I did not buy the bog double box and won't next time either). If they are still this flimsy and useless I'll have to find a replacement for cleaning. Back to Lysol toilet cleaner and the cleaning brush.

So very disappointed

After believing that Clorox toilet wands was a very good idea at its inception, and purchasing them for residential use for years, I have more recently become very disappointed with the product. One swipe of the bowl and the entire cleaning pad is hanging off its connector. It’s useless. And it’s not just a fluke. The last box and a half have been the same. Cheapening a once great product is not a good look for Clorox. Guess I’m going back to the reusable brush, which I hate. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Hardly even usable now!

We have used Clorox toilet bowl wand and refills for the past couple of years and suddenly the refills fall apart as soon as you start scrubbing. I used to be able to get through almost both our bathroom toilets with one pad but now I can’t even scrub one. The white netting falls completely apart. Very disappointed.

needs some tweaking

Just got the starter kit recently and have used it 3 times, so far. The concept is great: not having a dirty brush in the house, to clean the toilet. But in practice, the scrubbing attachment seems too flimsy. It get long and stringy within a couple minutes, making me fear I'll be fishing it out of the toilet by the time I'm done using it.
And I would like to know: who cleans their toilet just above the water line? That's what the instructions above indicate, in directions about using this item. I scrub everywhere in the bowl, above and below the water line and even the drainage hole. Which is hard to do when the little scrubby head is trying to fall apart....
