Cleaning pads are falling off even before use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seemed like it would be a good product. Certainly had a name that use to mean quality.
However, I am pretty disappointed. Right out of the package, the first pad is already hanging by a thread (literally) from that plastic backing disk which snaps into the handle. And that's before I even start to clean. This means when I am actually cleaning, I have to scrub very slowly and carefully, in an attempt to try keep the pad from falling completely off.

I am unsure if its simply a bad design, or poor quality control in their manufacturing. I probably will not buy an refills.

Head dropped into the toilet pipe-worried

I bought this half a year ago, used it and liked it. But today, I used it again, the head fell into the toilet pipe. I could not get it out. I worried that my toilet will overflow and that I need to get a plumber to fix it.

Disappointed

I have been using this product for years. I used to absolutely love using it, however; the last few boxes that I have purchased have been absolutely terrible. The quality has definitely gone down hill and most recently, the pads have been falling off of the wand. I am so sad to see the quality change. I am hoping they can bring back the original ones.

Change it back to original sponge style

I have used this product for years, and LOVED it.
The NEW refills are worthless, to put it bluntly. They began to fall apart as soon as it gets wet. You cannot scrub, all you’re doing is rubbing the end of a stick on the side of toilet bowl.

Used to be good, not anymore

This used to be a great product but the latest two multi packs are terrible. Two fell apart while still in the package, four more fell apart with the first swish in water (not scrubbing but swishing to get it wet). Cannot use because i am done fishing the parts out of the toilet. We never had a single one fall apart before and have been using them since they came out. Very dissatisfied and reluctant to “throw any more money down the toilet. They used to be great, not now.

My 8 year old can do it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot cleaner with an 8 year old cleaning it and not soaking it.
It looked terrible. Hardwater and lime buildup and stains.
It still looks bad but not terrible. I am confident if we wash it every couple of days that the stains will finally start to go away. (And soak it and let an adult clean it will help lol)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this product I’m sure it cleans fine but my wand will not hold the cleaning sponge on the end so I end up cleaning the toilet with my hands!! Not sure why I can’t find the scrubbing bubbles ones anymore but I will be looking on line for them ! I’ve had that one for years and never a minutes problem with it!!!

This new one falling apart

Let me first start by saying how much I love this product and dislike giving a bad review, but sadly this time I must. A few months ago I had to purchase the Sentiva as the original was not in stock. It falls apart when hits the water and the cleaning does not last long. The original refills (blue ones) last a week, while these new ones barely last two days. Hopefully when I buy your wand refills, and I will, they will be good again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
