falling apart lately

The years that I have been using this product have been worth it, until recently. the last couple boxes have been falling apart mid use. Last week I had to dig the loose end out of the toilet drain. I have 1 pad left and I'm not sure I'll be buying more

The sponge came off of the wand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sponge slipped off of the wand while my dad was trying to clean his toilet & got flushed down. He has a septic system and now we are worried this could cost a lot of money to resolve. I recommended these to my dad after using them at my house...I cannot believe it just slipped off like that. :(

Quality control

While I'm a big fan of Clorox products I think their Toilet Wands need better quality control. Recently tried to use as intended. The first one had no "nipple" to attach to wand. Picked another one and half way through it fell off. Rather disappointing.

Help!! Scrubber got lodged in toilet

I have bought these for years, but today as I was cleaning the toilet it got caught in the hole and fell off. I couldn’t see or feel it. So left the toilet. Well my kid then flushed it. Now my toilet isn’t filling properly. Help! Do I need a plumber. Will this eventually dislodge?

The quality of the ToiletWand refills are terrible

I bought two boxes of 10 count ToiletWand refills about a month ago and both boxes are of very poor construction! The pad is not glued to the plastic disc and comes off in use.

Quality has gone down the toilet

For several years we have been buying the toilet wand and refills. At the start it was an easy to use cleaner and the refills did a great job cleaning toilets and the shape allowed to get into all the areas of the toilet bowl. We probably go through about 10 refills per month. For some time now the quality has drastically gone down. It appears that the glue that once adhered the wand refill to the applicator has changed. I can’t tell you how many time mid clean that the refill has either completely fallen off or it is barely hanging on to the point that its not usable. Because the cleaners has at least started dissolving I have to finish with a bowl brush. My last wand refill purchase out 10 refills over half have completely fallen off and the others were hanging by a thread. I’m sure some of this is related to maybe the pandemic but this has been going on for some time and after this last box it’s no longer worth me buying these things since I have use a brush anyways. It was a good run but back to a cleaner and brush.

Disappointed

I’ve been buying these wands since they came out on the market & up until the past 6 months... they’ve WERE the best things ever!! But the last 3 boxes I’ve bought, have been AWFUL!! They come apart within SECONDS after you start cleaning. And it’s every single pad!! Every single box! I’m so disappointed bc this was such a great product. Idk why they’ve gone cheap & cut corners.
