Falls apart once wet

I have used this product for 2 years and have always been happy with it as the thought of keeping something that's been in my toilet disgusts me. However, the last 2 times I purchased this product, they seem to be a different material that falls apart or completely falls off. I thought it was a one-off the first time. But this is the second package I've purchased with the same horrible result. I would no longer recommend this to anyone and feel guilty now about recommending it to other people.

pads continue to fall off

Pros: Easy to use

Used to be good

I have used these toilet wands for about 2 years now. These have always been great, and effective. The most recent box I purchased .... The scrubber falls apart before I can even get the complete toilet bowl clean. I don't know what changed, but I no longer am happy with this product.

refills are rubbush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am experiencing the same issues.. i have been a huge fan for 8 years, easily 8, now the spnge disintegrates off the disc after the first swish .. completely falls off the plastic disc ... i was hoping it was a bad batch the class two refills... code TW 20 124 03:13 D3... please correct the issue..

Pads have come off twice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads have come off twice luckily in different toilets. Tried to suction them out but couldn’t. So far the toilet isn’t plugged. Do I need to be worried? Why are these pads coming off? I like using these and have for years but if my toilet gets plugged I may have to stop using these. Please respond - do I need to be worried about my toilets getting plugged?
Pros: Convenient, Deodorizes, Easy to use

Scrub pad falls off

I have used this product for many years, however the last 2 times I purchased a d used them the scrub pad falls apart or completely off. Pulling it out the toilet is not my favorite thing to do. Don't think I will buy them again unless the company tells me they have remedied the problem

Quality control needs to review

As others I have been thrilled with this product until recently. The quality has deteriorated ridiculously on the cleaning disc. I don't know what you changed, possibly to increase your profit margin, but it falls apart. I also noticed that now your site says "clean above the water line" which is a ridiculous statement because that is not the only part of the toilet that needs to be cleaned and disinfected - but possibly that shows an awareness that the disk will fall apart if submerged? Your quality assurance has some work to do before your entire customer base disappears
