Poor quality

The cleaning pads are poor quality. Once you start cleaning it separates and the top portion comes off then your fishing it out if the bowl. I’ve used these are a long time but don’t remember this problem. Bought 3 sets for my bathrooms but so sorry I did. Never again.

Used to be the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the clorox toilet wand since I moved out of my parents house in 2006. In the last 6 months or longer the quality has completely bottomed out! I don't know why I thought another box would be different, but I am going to have to find a new alternative because as soon as the cleaning part hits the water, the top hangs by a thread as you try to clean. I loved these because the fact it's clean every time you go to clean instead of reusing the same nasty germ infested toilet brush over and over again. I'm so disappointed that these downgraded so badly, I didn't even want to leave a review but this was my last straw! So, if P&G or Clorox reads this please please please go back to the way it used to be. I hate that I have to switch to something new after all these years.

staining with blue color

I have found the color blue to be a staining agent on plastic parts of the toilet seat and if it should drip on the floor it had left a stain. Would you consider making this product WITHOUT coloring agent. I know many think the blue color indicates clean but since it should be flushed before use esp by a young child, I would prefer no color. Thanks

Quality dropped a lot!

This wand used to be the best idea for toilet cleaning until it started being so cheaply made that after some mild scrubbing the spongy wand head falls right off.

Fall apart

The product has changed this year, the pad comes off the disk. Too bad as it was a great product. I will be looking for another solution.

Disappointed

We have been using this product for at least 5years. In the last couple of months we feel like the quality of the product has decreased. We have had quite a few heads fall apart in a very short time. Had to use a second head to get the job done. Need better quality control.

Pad falls off

I see I'm not the only one complaining of this. To be clear: I LOVE THIS PRODUCT and have been using it for years, but something has changed and I just get frustrated with it now. I fight with the floppy, falling apart sponge, and still use it despite this. PLEASE FIX!
