What happened?

I had one of these in college and I was so happy to rebuy 4 years later. What happened?! The wand scrubber falls apart when you try to clean the toilet! What a shame...should have read the reviews before I bought it again.

Poor Quality

I have been using this product for a few years now. I loved this product until recently. The last pack I bought is awful quality the pad falls off as soon as begin to clean and then it falls off and I’m left trying to retrieve it. This is beyond frustrating. I think I am going to have to switch to a different brand.

What happened?!

I have used the toilet wand for years and love it. The last box I bought the cleaner sponge is coming off of the plastic piece that holds it! I had to use multiple attachments just to clean one toilet! Completely ridiculous!

Horrible product

Every pack i have bought, the brush falls off the wand almost right after it hits the water. Thought it was just a bad batch but went through 3 packages. Will not buy ever again! Waste of money!

Lost in the drain

I agree with the other posts they were great and Now since the quality has gone down the sponge fell off the wand and is now somewhere in the drain. I don’t know what I need to do about it. Will it mess up my plumbing?

Quality has digressed

I have been using the ToiletWand for years but only recently have found that the pad, once wet, tends to separate and almost detach at the plastic base and I would hate having to retrieve once in the water. I have seen this with my last 3 purchases. What has happened to the quality of this product?

I have used the Toiletwand system for years and usually am very pleased, but the last time I purchased a box of refills, every scrubber detached from the base immediately when I started using it.

clorox toilet wand

AWFUL-we bought 4 boxes of refills and i dont know if they changed something but they ALL FALL APART at the plastic and the pad floats around in the bowl-disgusting and you have to fish it out. the store won’t take them back so we are left with these expense pieces of crap
