The refills fall apart the minute they get wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these for a long time and loved them. But something has changed! Now as soon as it gets wet the whole pad falls apart! What happened?

Used to love it - Now, not so much.

This product used to be my go-to for cleaning the commode. But the last package I purchased fell apart into bits in the dirty toilet. I had been using this since it first came out - I am surprised the quality has dropped so significantly. Very sad.

I love the way the toilet wand works BUT

the last box of refills (20 pack) that I used the scrubbing pad came off the plastic disc that held it on. This did not happen to 1 or 2 it happened to the entire box. I have never had this problem before with this product. SKU: 044600305226 next to that are these numbers: 257338002QQ
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pads are trash

I see I am not the only one with the problem of the pads being worthless. 4 or 5 passes and pad is just hanging on by a thread.

Works better than the old brush & liquid system. I wish Clorox would start making this in different colors like grey, beige, black, etc. I think colors would be more attractive & I would put one in all 4 bathrooms.

I have been using the Clorox Toilet Wand for about a year and have LOVED them so much. They were wonderful. But the box of refills I recently bought fall apart before I can get the toilet cleaned. I am very frustrated with this, as this is a luxury I allow myself when a brush and cleaner is much cheaper. I am praying it was just this one box that is defective and not an ongoing change in quality. I will try one more box, but if they fall apart too, I can’t continue to justify purchasing these.

Very disappointed with refills

I bought the wand refills a while back and was very disappointed! As soon as the refill is wet it starts separating and falling apart. I tried 3 or 4 of them and they all did the same thing so enough with that, I gave up and will just use a regular towel bowl brush. There is definitely a quality issue that needs to be addressed.

Recent Disappointment

I have been using this product for several years and have been happy with the results. Recently I notice that the product has changed, now using a flimsy material for the scrubber. As a result, the scrubber falls off easily, and does not withstand the force needed to clean under the rim. Basically defeats the purpose of the product. At this time I can’t recommend this product at all. I’m writing in hope that you will return to the previous material which had resulted in an excellent product.
