Blue cleaner in the pad is staining my toilet!

I have been using this product for years and have been very pleased for the most part. However, the cleaners that are in the pads in the past several boxes of refills I have purchased must be different because it is leaving blue stains in my toilet. Whatever change you made in the cleaners is terrible.

Horrible

I have been using the toilet wand system for several years but as of late the refills are of inferior quality. The brush falls apart as soon as you put it in the water so you have to physically clean the toilet with your hands which makes the wand useless. Also the plastic piece that fits into the wand breaks off very easily. Will not be purchasing them anymore. Don't waste your money as they are not cheap to purchase but cheap in quality. Shame on you Clorox!!!

falling apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for a couple of years, but the last 2 times I purchased them the pad does not stay securely on the plastic piece. This does not allow for good scrubbing of the bowl. I am seriously thinking of going back to using a standard bowl brush.

What happened?

I have used this system for years but the last two boxes of refills fall apart as soon as they get wet. I’ve had to put on rubber gloves to retrieve several that have come off in the toilet. The plastic head is securely in the wand it is actually the cleaning head that is coming off the plastic mount. I thought I merely had a bad batch and bought two boxes recently. Unfortunately that seems to be the norm. The second box is going back and I’m looking for a new cleaner. I hate this because I loved this product but it is no longer the quality product it once was.

So disappointed

I have used this product and have been very satisfied for years. I have bought the product since COVID and I am now disgusted with the lack of quality of the product now. The pad literally falls apart during the cleaning.

Please change back to the old sponge system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also have used Cloris products for years, and these new sponges do not last long enough to finish cleaning the toilet bowl before they start falling apart. I don't want to use a different product but if the sponges are not corrected, I will be saddened to leave this product behind!

Poor quality

Disappointed for the price I paid

I just bought this about 3 weeks ago. I wish I would hve read the reviews first. The cleaning heads do not stay attached on the wand. This has happened to almost every one of them. It either detaches right before I start cleaning or while it's in the toilet. I can see if you have had it for awhile, but this has been from day 1 of usage. Very disappointing.
