Wand tip broke on the first use

When I went to disengage the pad from the wand wand tip broke so now I can’t use the rest of the pads

Disappointed - - Pad Pulls from Wand

When this product was introduced it was great. I did not have a complaint. For the past few years something has changed. I use the wand about 5 seconds, the cleaning pad starts pulling away from the plastic clear plug that attaches to the wand. Which makes it difficult to clean the rim of the toilet. Today this wand is good for flat cleaning. I will no longer purchase this product. Now I’m searching for a replacement.

Horrible; tired of fishing scrubbers from the bowl

The decision to use a poor quality adhesive for the scrubbing attachment has made this product garbage. I’d honestly give it zero stars if I could. Used this product for several years and will not buy it again. Tired of fishing lightly used scrubbers out of the toilet bowl. Thought it was just a bad batch, but same results with three different purchases. Good luck Clorox, I’m done with this product.

Not happy with the product. Falls apart or comes completed off of the circular disk its attached to.

Great Idea

We have used the Clorox toilet wand for several years, without any complaints. However, the last six months the product is of poor quality. When the pad gets wet, it falls off the wand. We will discontinue the use of this product for a while, in hopes that the quality improves. The quality control process needs to be reviewed. thanks ralph

Too many defective heads

Disappointed Left Blue Stains

Disappointed : was searching for a cleaning system to make life easier, & was excited to try this … after cleaning & waiting the 10 minutes, everywhere the solution touched stained blue with blue streaks everywhere. I had to scrub again, but there is still blue stain I can’t get off. Is there any way to get this off? Very Dissapointed, I'm worried I will have a permanent blue toilet bowl !
