Pad separated from wand connector

I've been using these for years... But with the last batch, the pad is separating from the wand connector. This last one disappeared up the pipe and I may have to get a plumber. Argh!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product change?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this product in bulk for years. The recent stash I ordered on line was horrible! Did the company change this product? The pad literally falls apart from the base from the weight of the water in the toilet bowl within a couple of swirls~before I finish cleaning. I can't buy this product again, sorry! All 6 boxes are useless. I used to love this product~

Horrible Product-Been Using For Years, But Not Now

I initially came to this website to find a customer service phone number for the toilet wands and was drawn to the review section only to find that I am not the only one having major issues with my toilet wand refill packs. It appears I'm not the only one. I've been a loyal user of the Clorox toilet wand since it came out. I usually buy my wand refills in large bulk, so I recently ran out of my "older" supply and had to purchase new refills. These new ones are vastly different from the old ones. They are basically see through, not nearly as thick and dense as they used to be and the scrub pad appears to be falling off the attachment before it even touches the water. In addition, you can clearly see that the cleaning solution layer is incredibly thin. When it does touch the water, the scrub pad immediately begins to fall apart. It literally falls off the scrub pad attachment piece. Not to mention, there are barely any suds from the cleaning solution. Clorox has clearly cut some corners and we've paid the price. Looks like I'll be searching for a new toilet cleaning system, because the rest of these pads are going back to the store for a refund.

I love the toilet wands! They are touch less and if used correctly are great in my toilet and I’m on well water. Sediments will damage the bowl but I use mine at least once a week
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got these a few years back they were great! Now I can’t clean a toilet with two of them. You have cheapened these so much!! Why? I’d like to see them go back to being great but for now I’ll find something else.

Manufacture defect

The scouring pads are held onto the attachment peg by an adhesive. I bought the starter kit and 2 boxes of pad refills. Every single pad rips off the mounting peg within a couple seconds. It took, no joke, 8 pads to clean one toilet. The slightest bit of scrubbing and the pads fall off. Nothing funner than having to reach deep into the toilets p-trap top fish out a pad that popped off immediately. Apparently, this didn't used to be an issue. However the latest batch of pads are absolutely horrid. A little QC here, fellas. When they work, they work fine. But I have yet to have one Not tear apart nearly instantly. I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody.

I bought the whole kit and an extra sleeve of pads! Every one of the pads I have used have fallen apart and have NOT cleaned my toilet well. Very disappointed!

Not HAPPY

I have used these ever since they came out. In the beginning the quality has been great.
The last several refill boxes have been awful. Every time I go to use one as soon as I put it on and start to clean it comes apart then falls completely off into the toilet then I have to dig for it!!!! I refuse to spend hard earned money on junk!
