Quality stinks!

The last 3 refill wand cleaning pad boxes I’ve purchased have fallen apart! They separate the second they hit the water! Terrible quality control measures! Bring back the old, better product!

What Happened?

I bought a large supply of these late 2019 or there about. Loved them. Bought a house late 2020 and decided to buy a wand/holder combo for each of my bathrooms. The scrubbers in those kits were horrible. Fell apart soon after getting wet. Didn’t stand up to scrubbing. I thought this was due to using the technically free ones that came with the kit. So I bought replacements. Same poor quality. What’s going on? Why make such a drastic change for the worse?

Change for the worse

I've used toilet wand + refills for years. I bought the 20 pack of refills & found the scrub material to separate from the head after less than 1 time around the toilet. I tried multiple times and threw them out thinking a defective batch, I bought another 20 pack of refills & same thing!!! Why did these change ?! Who quality tested this design change and further passed it to market?! Now I'm seeing all the reviews similar to mine. So disappointed in this product currently..

Pads fall off

This is the 3rd purchase in a row of the pads falling off as soon as they are wet. The first time I thought maybe the glue wasnt applied properly during manufacturing, so I dealt with it. The second box I purchased did the same thing. I don’t typically complain, so I thought 2 in a row? Now this 3rd refill pack is the same! As soon as they hit the water the pad comes off from the plastic disc. Tell me this is just a short term problem because I love the sanitary and convenience of this product. I’ve been using for years. This is a new problem.

Been using this for years!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been buying Clorox toilet wand and refills for several years now and the last 3 boxes that I’ve purchased the refills have been defective and tear apart easily while cleaning. Hopefully they can fix the problem

I have used this product for years but recently it falls apart as soon as I start scrubbing the toilet. Did you switch the glue compound?

Falls Apart

I’ve used this product for a number of years and have loved it but the last 3-4 packs of refills have completely fallen off the plastic disk as soon as it gets wet. Very disappointed because I really hate using reusable toilet bowl brushes because they are disgusting but I almost hate grabbing the scrubber out of a dirty toilet more.

I purchased this product when it first came out and loved it. Now I do not like it at all. In the beginning it worked perfectly and I continued to buy it. Lately, after being the refills, in bulk 36 refills they now fall apart and the need to use multiple just to clean 1 toilet. I have 3 toilets in my home. You are making them cleaply it seems, most likely to save money however the same price exists. I refuse to buy a product this way and will not be using Clorox products moving forward
