Quality has gone down

We have used the Clorox toilet bowl wand for a long time and the past few times we purchased the refills and use them every one has fallen apart and I end up fishing them out of the toilet just as they barley get wet. I feel like I have wasted my money on this product. Definitely not what I would expect from this company. not sure why the quality changed but its making me want to change brands.

What happened??? Poor quality!

I bought this product for years and now all of a sudden the quality is terrible. I buy the economy pack and the last two packages that I used the tops have come off before I can even get the toilet cleaned. I don't like to put my hand in the toilet to pick the brush out. So disappointing. I loved this product even though it was pricey. Now it isn't worth paying for.

Why the change?

I used this product for years, and it was sooo much better than a traditional scrub brush. Now, the sponge falls apart immediately. For a long time, since I tend to buy in bulk, I assumed I had gotten a hold of a few packages in a bad batch. It finally dawned on me that I have repurchased in the meantime with the same results . I see the problem is it isn’t supposed to be used beneath the water line. What toilet doesn’t need scrubbing below the water line? I’m going back to a regular scrub brush. They may be gross, but at least I won’t have to dig them out of the toilet.

The refills were great until last year. The quality has gone down the toilet. Used to highly recommend, now discourage purchase.

Keeps tearing off

I used to like this product but it keeps tearing off the head no matter how gentle I am. I wish I could get the other kind that was cloth like pads that you pinched. These are not worth the money!
