Awful refill mechanism

We used to love this product for a couple years now BUT recently the refill fell off and got stuck in the toilet tonight. We can’t retrieve the refill and it’s clogged. My husband most likely would have take it the toilet apart or we have to call a professional to fix our clogged and damaged toilet. It looks like you had so many people had already posted review about it but so far nothing has been done to fix it. We definitely will no longer use this product. Very disappointed!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

10/10 this stuff is AWESOME I was always so grossed out with the regular toilet scrubbing stuff and I finally found this!! Does a great job of cleaning and it’s convenient and decently priced

This is the only cleaner I use for my toilet because it’s so easy without any mess or me having to touch it. The system has a tool that you basically use to press down onto one of the cleaning pads and it clicks into place. When you start cleaning the inside of the toilet it releases the cleaner for ultimate cleaning and when finished you place over the trash can and press a button to release the cleaning pad for disposal.

Who knew you could love a toilet cleaner? It’s so easy and compact and more sanitary than a regular toilet brush. Definitely worth having in your house as a staple.

Prefer a regular toilet wand than this. I just prefer the other over this because the bristles are better on a regular toilet brush. No need to be gentle while cleaning a toilet bowl. I’m there to clean it not pamper it.
