Very disappointed

My family has used the clorox toilet wand since they first came out. Over the last year, the pads have fallen apart once they get wet, making it difficult to scrub the toilet; it's more work than necessary. I've continued to buy them, as I thought I was doing something wrong to cause this, like storing them wrong. After my ordeal with cleaning my toilet today, I went online and discovered I am not the only one having this problem. Why have I waited a year to look into this? Why would you change something that wasn't broke to begin with??? I love my clorox wand and want to continue using it, but not if I'm going to have to fight with keeping the pad on. I use to love to clean my toilet but now it's become another dreaded chore. I will always recommend clorox products to family and friends, but not in this case. Please make them right again!

Toilet wand sponges

I’m not sure what has happened to the quality of the toilet wand sponges over the past year but they fall apart immediately upon contact with water. They are not inexpensive and I’m looking for alternatives. I like that they are disposable but if they fall apart this is irrelevant.

Cleaning pads falls off easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks like I’m not the only one. P&G unfortunately this is a major problem for all consumers. I now have a stopped up toilet because within minutes the pod fell off into my toilet and now is clogging things up. Please fix this issue. Great concept but the quality is terrible.

Head came off while cleaning

I have used Clorox toilet wand system for 3 years. The last box of replacements was a disaster. Head fell apart and came off the wand while cleaning. It lodged in toilet drain and had to be snaked out. I am so disappointed and will miss using the product. But I cannot risk this again.

What's going on?

I've been using this toilet bowl cleaning system since they appeared on the shelf. Used to love them. The last two boxes I boought of refills are useless. As soon as they hit the water they start to fall apart. Not together long enough to clean the bowl. Will throw this box out and find another product.

Brush heads not the same

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have use the toilet wand cleaning kit for a long time now and have always been pleased with the way it cleaned. But ever since Covid and not being able to get the brushes for a while, when they finally came out again they have very very poor quality. I was trying to give it a benefit of the doubt and have been buying more brush refills to see if they were getting better but they are not!. My husband actually had to remove the whole toilet to get one out that fell off while I was cleaning. It barely hits the water and starts falling apart off of its plastic piece.I used to love them because they’re disposable and I don’t have a nasty brush but I cannot continue to use these because I almost lost another one in the toilet and had to reach in and get it out with my hands. What has happened?!

What Happened???

when i first started using Clorox ToiletWand, i loved it. the concept was great, disposing of the pad every time you cleaned your bowl, no nasty brush to deal with. it was great. i would've given it 5 stars easily. but now, not so much. the refill pads are horrible. almost as soon as you put the ToiletWand in the water, the pad nearly falls off the wand to the point that it's almost impossible to clean the bowl properly. i've been saying to myself for quite a lot now, it's going to fall off, it's going to fall off. well today it did. do you know how gross that was, fishing through that water for the toilet pad? i might as well go back to using a toilet bowl brush. at least i don't have to get my hands wet and nasty with the brush. so sad and disappointed because the Clorox ToiletWand was a class A++ product and you ruined it.

What happened to toilet wand quality?

This past box that I got- EVERY ONE of the cleaner heads fall apart before I even get done cleaning the toilet!they disconnect from the plastic part and I am having to use 2 to clean 1 toilet. Please correct this!
