No longer functional

I can tell by other reviews that I’m not the only one having issues with this product. I’ve used these for years and now it seems the scrubbing pad always falls off. Some of the reviews are several months old so it seems to me the product is not going to improve. I’ve already bought a new toilet brush to replace these once I use up the few I have left. I’m tired of sticking my hand in my toilet to fish out the pad. was such a good product for a long time. Definitely can no longer recommend!

I have used the toilet wand for years and loved it. I noticed the last couple times I purchased the sponge just falls off the pad and I have to finish by hand. I also notice there does not seem to be as much cleaner on the pad. My water used to be blue and smell fresh and now not as much. I am disappointed. Did you change your formula or manufacturer? These are too expensive to fall apart like this. Please go back to original!

I have been using the Clorox wand cleaning system for several years and loved it. However, the new wand refills are terrible. They fall apart as soon as they are immersed in the water. Don't waste your money.

Poor quality lately

I have used the toilet wand for some time but the last two boxes the quality has been very poor. The cleaning pads fall apart immediately. I cannot continue to use these if the quality doesn't improve greatly.

I have bought the toilet wands for years and the past 3 boxes I have purchased they are falling apart before I even get it wet. I am at the point I don’t want to buy them anymore.

Used to love it back in early 2000's

I used to buy this all the time. I finally had my own place to buy the wand for myself! Yay Because its so easy.
Now it's awful. I was shocked at how fast the pad fell apart. Almost instantly. You cannot scrub even a tiny bit because it all falls apart. I was furious. I know that companies are doing the crappier version of everything right now to save money. But never expected it from you guys. I will not be buying it again. I am very upset because I loved this product. Oh and it wasn't just a bad batch. I typically bought an extra package when I purchased the wand and pads package. So very disappointed and angry. A waste of money I just don't have to waste!

The toilet wand heads are not made the same as before. They fall apart. The Clorox company must be cutting corners or using inferior products. I will stop buying them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the toilet bowl wand system. Recently the scrubber portion has gone down hill terribly. They fall apart in the toilet before you barely get to cleaning. Going to see what other system I can find to use now. This is horrible for the price.
