What happened?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the wand and disc since they were introduced and was always very happy with the results but the last few packages I’ve purchased were a disappointment. The pads fall apart while I’m using them. I don’t know what changed, but I’m hoping it gets rectified..☹️

Toilet Wand no longer working

I too have used these for a very long time and have always loved them. Lately they have been terrible, ripping away from the wand as soon as you wet it in the toilet bowl. What is the problem??????????

Disappointing

I am sorry to have to agree with the other reviews that I just read. I too am very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning pads. I also bought this system as soon as I saw it at the store and thought it was the best thing ever! Even bought one for every bathroom in my daughters house too. However, the quality now is really bad, and like everyone else said, the pads fall apart almost immediately when wet. I thought I had just gotten a bad batch, but I guess it’s a universal problem. Please revert to original production methods and return to the quality product it was.

Terrible - don't bother

The scrubber pad tears loose and falls off. I bought this so I didn't have to put my hands in a toilet but you have to get the pad out somehow.

Poor Quality

I have evening the Clorox wands since they first came out and have recommended them to several people. Lately when I by the refill they are not the quality they use to be. They are a thinner pad and the fall apart easily. I have to use three or more to clean my toilet where one use work for a cleaning. I’m very unhappy with this product.

Something has changer with this product have used these for some time and they worked great the last two refills have been junk they fall apart

So disappointing

I too have been using these for quite a while now and I thought they were the best thing ever! However, the last 4 boxes of refills have been terrible!!! The scrubber pad comes out of the bag already a bit detached and within 2-3 swipes it is hanging by a thread making it very difficult to clean with. I will most likely stop using these if I don’t see an improvement SOON!

Used to buy but not anymore

I too was a long time user of the Toilet Wand system. I will not buy them again. The refill sponges fall off the plastic pieces right away and we also had the whole plastic piece fall off the wand. I used to LOVE this product and now it is a waste of money.
