the top comes off everytime had to go back to old toilet brush. Very disappointed. And spent money on something that is defective.

Clorox toilet cleaner pads fall apart

We have been using these for years and they worked well until a few months ago. The pads now fall apart the minute you start scrubbing and one even started to go down the toilet but luckily I got it out. If you pull gently on the plastic piece on top of scrubbers, it will easily come off, along with the scrubber tearing as well. They are no longer made like they used to be. Terrible.

Quality has gone downhill

We've been using these for a number of years with good results. However, this last batch we bought the cleaning pads start falling apart right away. Judging from other recent reviews, this isn't a one off. We'll be going back to a regular brush.

Terrible! Something has changed they fall apart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used colorox toilet wands for years. Last month I bought a box of refills and the sponges fall off, to the point I have to cautiously remove the sponge from the packaging or it will become loose at that time. Something has changed in production and what a terrible change. I was hoping it was just the box I bought but I bought another box this past weekend and it is the same thing. Terrible, not worth the money, not convenient!

Not worth it.

I have used these wands in the past and was excited to be using them again. However, they are definitely not worth the money. The cleaning head is falling apart the moment I apply any kind of pressure to it. I used 2 cleaning heads to clean a toilet that didn’t require using 2. I expected so much more from Clorox.

Poor Quality

I’ve used these for several years and loved them, but recently the quality has really changed and they fall apart in minutes. Back to regular brushes and cleaner.

Terrible.... the last two boxes I bought will be the last two I buy! Couldn’t even finish cleaning the toilet because the cleaning pad falls off the wand!
