Pads separated even when using gently. Complete scrub head detached. Very poorly constructed and manufactured

I came to the web site to tell you how disappointed I am that the scrubbing pad falls apart each time I get on. While there I read the review from another user and completely understand their frustration. I have been using for a long time but won’t waste my money again.

Falls apart

The minute I place this in water it falls apart. I’m afraid it’s going down toilet and I will have a plumbing bill. We have 3 bathrooms. Please advise. There is a defect!

Bought these since they first came out and recommended to family and friends. However the quality of the pads are getting worse. They are falling apart quickly and are a disappointment.

I purchased this product since released & have seen product go downhill!
The scrubber falls off the plastic before disinfectant blue color is released.
Any scrubbing force at all causes the scrubber to fall off of the plastic & is useless!!

Amazing how fast Quality go’s down hill

I clean houses my client started buying these when they first came out they work amazing now I can’t even go around the toilet bowl without it falling apart you raised the price of the product and skipped the. Quantity of your product awful

I bought this toilet scrubber and loved it
It cleans so well, I really like the feature of tossing out the used scrubber and replacing it when you clean again. Unfortunately I only got to use it once because that part that allows the scrubber to stick to the wand went in the trash with the the used scrubber. :( I don't know if I got a dud, but I'm disappointed that I paid good money for it to only use it one time.
