Disappointment!

I have bought Disinfecting ToiletWand for years and loved it, bought it for my mom when she moved to her apartment as cleaning kit gift and she loved it too until it's came time to buy a refills, but the two boxes of refills were worthless. Mom complained that the scrubber piece breaks away from the plastic disc within a minute or so of cleaning making it useless. I exchange those refills with supplies from my closet and she was satisfied for a while. Then came time to stock up my cleaning tools and I come across the same problem - those new scrubbers were useless! What did you do with them and WHY you did those changes?! now I have to look somewhere else for this type of product, too bad - "better is enemy of good".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blue stains!

I’ve been using this product for years. It does a good job. However, I was cleaning today and the blue cleaner from the wand stained my toilet. This has never happened before. I also can’t remove it. Why did this happen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used for years but something has gone wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Clorox wand system for years. The last 2 boxes have ben a disaster. The refills fall apart as soon as you use them. I'm tired of pulling half of the pad out of the toilet with my hands. It seams to me that there is about 50% less material in the refill.

Falling apart

I've been using these for years and love them but I am also finding the refill pads falling off their base for the last two packages. Disappointed because I love the ease of use of the whole system but I'm afraid ill be fishing the pad out of the toilet once I've made a couple passes with it. I always recommend these to people but won't until they figure out why this is happening.

Attachments fall apart

I've used this system for years. The last time I bought a refill pack the scrubs kept falling apart. I thought I needed a new kit. I purchased a new kit this week and the scrubs are even worse! Clorox - Please fix this product!

Was really excited to use this product. Pad fell apart almost immediately after I started scrubbing the toilet. Not impressed.

I have been using since they came out with my cleaning business...they suck now, fall apart after a couple time around the bowl...
