Time track incorrect.

Set clock on maker to 11:05 with PM led OFF. 1 hour later, (12:05) PM led is OFF. 1 hour after that, (13:05) PM led is ON. Someone screwed up programming the clock.

Both Brew Now and Brew Later are on at same time

I bought this product 4-5 months ago.
Since yesterday suddenly Brew Now and Brew Later buttons are turned on while the Hr Min is blank.

What are my options to exchange/ get this fixed?

It makes coffee - but finding out even how to set the TIME on the thing, was impossible, much less use the brew later feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting Mr. Coffee! It's easy to set the time on your coffee maker. To set the time, plug in the coffeemaker and set the current time using the hour and minute buttons. 5 seconds of inactivity will set clock at time selected. We hope this helps!

Crap Shoot

Bought this coffee maker as a replacement. It had no manual, in the box OR online. Attempted to use the "Brew Later" feature, and it DOES NOT work at all!!!! If I could find my receipt, I would return it to the store.

Press the Brew Later button. The Brew Later - indicator light will flash and the digital clocks flashes “12:00 AM”. To set desired brew time, press the Hour and Minute buttons.
Press the Brew Later button again to accept the time. The Brew Later indicator
light will remain lit. The coffee maker is now set to automatically brew coffee at the preset later time.

No way to turn this off manually

It's nice that the machine will automatically turn itself off after 4 hours, although I think that is too long. There is no way to manually override this and turn it off after each use without unplugging the machine from the wall. Then you have to reset the time each time you want to use it. This is not a good way to make a timer.

I am having the same problem with this coffee maker also. No instruction manual and can not set the auto brew.

I bought this just 20 mins ago. I cannot find out how to close the lid and I've already made coffee. I'm looking for a manual and even though I have a physical manual from just buying it it doesn't have anything about the lid.

I just bought a 12 cup programmable and tried 2 find the user manual, it’s a BVMC-PC12BL-NP but could not find one! Why isn’t there one?
