Ec4 error code

I bought my 12 cup Easy Measure two months ago. I am now getting an Ec4 code on the clock, and the freshness reminder keeps scrolling through all the times. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in but it will not reset. Help!

We apologize if you are having difficulties with your Mr. Coffee coffee brewer. For a possible fix, we suggest resetting your coffee maker. Resetting can be done by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes.

Joining the ranks of suddenly stopped working

Purchase on 2/3/2021. Worked great including the programmed brew this am. Had to make a second pot today and it did the beep-beep, “fresh” light and nothing else. Tried unplugging, reprogramming, etc. Same outcome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad quality

We used this coffee machine for a month. From the beginning, I did have questions that the close lid felt weird, I thought maybe it is washable so they designed like that. Today after my husband clean the basket, the lid can’t close anymore. We tried many times,but still it couldn’t close.

Works great for two days only!

We bought this to replace a coffee pot lost in water damage in our home. After three days, the first one stopped working. Just stopped working. The electric worked, but the the coffee didn’t brew. The store easily exchanged for a new one, then one day later, the same thing happened. really should not buy this product.

Junk worked for a month

I wish I would have read the reviews for this coffee make before purchasing. Worked fit maybe a month. Just stopped brewing coffee. Waste of money. Beck yo the trusty old Bunn.

Bought this 12 Cup M/N: BVMC-PC12BL2-NP a few months ago 4-5 and one day Istarted it, the Brew light came on but no brewing or hot plate warming up. The Thermistor went out on it andI called Mr. Coffee, they offered a different 12 Cup with compatable features and I will receive it in about a week. Can't ask for more than that from any company.

I just bought this model and there is no instruction manual. There is a qr code which brings you to a list of coffee makers, but the BVMC-PC12BL2-NP is not on the list. Please help!
