Stopped working

We bought this model about a month ago, with great confidence in the reputation of Mr Coffee products. I've had previous one that lasted for years. Everything worked fine until this morning..(Christmas!!). It would not brew, digital screen reads "Ecl". Nothing in the owner manual about troubleshooting or what this code may mean. We were very
disappointed. Unplugging to reset did nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got EC2 Error and unit does not work

I bought this about four months ago and it worked fine until the clock went crazy today. I went to reset the clock and all I got was the EC2 error message and now nothing works.

Need manual

I just bought this coffee maker yesterday, 1/10/2021. I don't know how to set the brew later feature so the coffee brews at a specific time. I looked online for manual and I can not find it for my model which is BVMC-PC12BL2-NP. How do I find the manual?? The instructions that came with are useless. Not happy

Disappointed

Bought this Mr Coffee in July 2020, because my precious maker, that was at least 8 years old stopped working. This morning after brewing, it started alarming and “clicking” as if it was resetting itself. I unplugged it hoping it just needed to reset. Continues to do the same thing! I just threw the box out thinking after 6 months I’m ok to do so.

Bought this coffee pot on 1/31/21, and the carafe cracked after one use. I've used Mr. Coffee pots for decades. I guess it's time to try another brand.

Basket issues

Works fine as a brew now, auto off coffee maker but the basket hardware (plunger assembly) fell apart after two weeks of use. Now we need parts or a new basket.

What is going on??

I just bought this coffee maker yesterday, and can not get it to make a cup of coffee, the water heats, but does not go up and over the grounds, It does appear that a piece is missing, I have drank alot of coffee over my 65 years, and have previously owned Mr Coffees, but am not happy, or else I have gone crazy!! Is there not supposed to be at least a tube to transfer the water from the water side to the grounds side?

We apologize if you are having difficulties with your Mr. Coffee coffee brewer. For a possible fix, we suggest resetting your coffee maker. Resetting can be done by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes.
