Love my Mr. Coffee

I have had mine(in artic blue) for about a year. The pot got broken and I'm having a hard time just trying to get the pot(in artic blue) replaced. Other then that it works great (using an older pot from a different coffee maker for now) but it works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Be careful removing the lid!!

Decided to throw out the unused, cheap and leaky coffee maker we "inherited" from my parents because...it was time. We didn't want or need anything that required barista type skills.. just coffee! This one was perfect for us...(the color!!) However, that changed about a month later. As I pushed to open the lid from the empty carafe, I heard something hit the floor. The top of the carafe under the handle snapped off causing the handle to partiality detach!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could not get brew later to work.

information manual that come with the coffee maker. doesn't tell you how to use the brew later mode. after searching for two days I finally found how the brew later mode worked in the frequently asked questions. You have to set up the brew later by, 1. Press brew later button 2. set time to brew 3. Press brew later button again Now you should have a light on the brew later button. After you set the time up for brew later. You should not need to reset the time unless you want to change the time to brew. you will have to press the brew later button twice if not change time. Should have a solid light if brew later is set. Need to add this to your information manual with the coffee maker.

How Pm works

So when your going through the hours on the pot you will see a small dot appear next to the pm sign, this indicates if it is pm or am. Its just sad they couldnt include this on the instructions, also if your having trouble with brew later, click the button set time(blinking light) and then double tap it, the brew later button should then stay on should stay on. Hope this helps ppl!

Used once and the inner basket broke! Junk.

So I bought this coffee maker the other day because my old one was too small and I needed a 12 cup. I used it once and the plastic piece in the inner basket broke off and the spring went flying. Not sure if there was another piece but it will not fit back in the hole with the spring without another plastic piece to hold it on so I'm guessing that is gone now I have searched my kitchen and I cannot find it. So I guess I have to go find a replacement basket somewhere or buy another machine which will not be by Mr. Coffee

I purchased this coffee maker within the last year. I loved everything about it. It is easy to set the brew later, it is easy to fill and set up for our morning routine. But recently the button you push to delay brew has started to stick and I have had to play with it to get it to activate. It makes a great cup of coffee, but Im not sure if I would have purchased it with this issue
