I have the correct time set. I then press the delayed brew, light flashes, set time to brew, press delayed brew again. Solid light above the delayed brew button. Next morning, coffee brews. Go to set the delayed brew for the next morning, however, the time is not set at pm for current time. Do you have to set the delayed time and current time every day. Cannot find the manual for this model.

Burned out Brew Now light

About two months of purchasing this coffee maker the Brew Now light went out. Therefore we don't know when the coffe maker is on or off so several times we unplug it to be safe that it is off

The issue might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in. To remedy this issue, try unplugging the coffee brewer and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the unit into a different wall outlet and see if it will work properly. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance.

Broke after 2 months!

We bought this December 22nd, 2021, and it broke on February 25, 2022. The brew cycle will not start even though the machine is powered up. I'm extremely unhappy!

No worries, we are here to help. If your coffee maker is not brewing, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. For a possible fix, we advise to try resetting your coffeemaker by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes. You may also check the troubleshooting steps below:
- Plug the unit into a different wall outlet to ensure that the unit is receiving enough power. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. - Insert Filter basket correctly - Place decanter correctly - Add the desired amount of coffee - Try cleaning the coffee maker with a vinegar solution if it hasn't been cleaned recently.

Set clock

Then plug in the coffee maker and set the current time using the hour and minute buttons. 5 Seconds of inactivity will set clock at time selected.

Just bought this Model BVMC-PC12BL2-NP!! No instruction manual!! Can't find it online. Have only had Mr. Coffee in the past thought the Brew Later function would be great...NOT!! Can't make it work!!!

To access and download the instructions manual for your coffeemaker, go to the support tab (located on the upper right side of the website’s page). Click the Instruction Manuals and look for PC12_19ESM1 - 12 Cup Coffee Maker User Manual.
Also, to set the Brew Later feature, please follow the steps below: IMPORTANT: YOU MUST SET THE CLOCK BEFORE USING THIS FEATURE. 1. Press Brew Later. The display flashes “12:00”. To set desired brew time, press the Hour and Minute buttons. Press Brew Later to set the time selected. 2. The Brew Later indicator will light up, showing that the coffeemaker is pre-set to brew at a later time. If you change your mind and wish to turn off the Brew Later feature, press the Brew Later button again and it will turn off. Once the Brew Later time is set, the coffeemaker will automatically remember it until you change it or unplug the machine. Note: As a reminder, if you want to continue to use the Brew Later feature, you will have to press Brew Later each time. Your coffeemaker will not automatically start the next day.

Inconsistent, don’t buy for “Brew Later”

Saying this coffee pot will brew later is about as specific as they should be able to claim. The crappy clocks in this model do not keep time so you may wake up to fresh coffee or a pot that brewed at 1am and is now ice cold. Don’t buy this model unless you want a pain in the neck.

Mr. Coffee can't even supply an owners manual!!!

I bought this Mr. Coffee. I opened the box and a 1 page, very small instructions didn't even include how to program it for delayed brew. You go to their website and you can't even find where to print the instructions which they should of included with the unit in the first place! I am returning the unit today because they are so conservative they can't afford a couple of pieces of paper on how to operate the coffee pot!!
