Cracked pot

I bought this pot several months ago and love the color and product but the pot cracked at the bottom from being on drinking most of the full pot, only had coffee on the bottom of pot and it has a 4 hours auto shut off and when I went to use it the next morning I noticed the pot was cracked. I Love the artic blue color and can not find a replacement pot in this color, is there a way of ordering one from you?
I would recommend this to a friend!

loved my mr. coffee

I have a 12 cup brew now or later coffeemaker and have loved waking up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee, but now it displays Ec4 and won't work no matter what I do! So sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No worries, we are here to help. If your coffee maker is displaying some error codes on its display, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in. To remedy this issue, try unplugging the coffee brewer and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the unit into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance.

There is no instruction manual! It's a programmable unit, but has NO information about HOW to program!!??
It's going right back. Useless.

Brewing basket broke. Lost the spring . Joining other users hsving same issue. Tell your design engineers to not creste Mickey-Mouse assemblies. So say I, with 40 yrs experience of managing product design

It worked once just fine. Next time it won't work. Read instructions over and over tried programable. unplugged blah blah blah, still won't work at all.

If your coffee maker is not brewing, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet.
For a possible fix, we advise to try resetting your coffeemaker by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes. You may also check the troubleshooting steps below:
- Plug the unit into a different wall outlet to ensure that the unit is receiving enough power. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. - Insert Filter basket correctly - Place decanter correctly - Add the desired amount of coffee - Try cleaning the coffee maker with a vinegar solution if it hasn't been cleaned recently.

Programmable issue

I bought this 2-days ago. The programmable option does not work. I have had 3 of these basic coffee makers in the past 20-years and never had a problem. This one has the same problem as the other comments. will not recommend until this is resolved. No instructions.

Power indicator light not working

Bought this model from a military installation in my area new and my wife and I shut off the pot indicator light out, walk back into the house and found the power had in fact not shut off. It had been on for about thirty minutes empty, no indication and that does not function now as well. Pulled the plug, waited and tried again. Indicator does not work. This is a fire hazard, haven`t owned this maker four weeks yet and now we need a new one. What`s up with that? Till today this pot worked fine.
