I wanted the ability to make small adjustments to increase my load so that I can make real progress. They are relatively compact and so versatile! Love!

Very compact, versatile weight set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adjustable weight set is very versatile; each dumbbell replaces 14 standard individual dumbbells while taking up the space of one dumbbell and placing substantially less stress on the floor (compared to a set of 14 individual dumbbells). Rubber insert on the contoured handle makes gripping them much more comfortable that standard all-metal dumbbell grips, especially at heavier weight settings. Changing weight settings just takes seconds, allowing me to quickly change weights in the middle of a workout video without having to pause the video. Although somewhat expensive, I would recommend purchasing the associated metal stand; it fits perfectly with the pair of dumbbell trays and keeps everything at a comfortable height (especially nice when working with heavier weight settings). Would definitely recommend this for a home gym.

Take up less space in room but bulky to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find regular dumbbells much more comfortable and easy to use- especially as i increase weights, i can do the bench press but its awkward to sit up and set them on my knees between and after sets.
