[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to the newly designed adjustable barbells and very happy with decision. The adjustment mechanism feels for affirmative and secure and makes me much more comfortable with over head exercises. The weights are still easy to adjust but I believe the adjustment mechanism is now made out of metal and it certainly feels secure. Great to have a full set of barbells in a single adjustable set - great for upper and lower body exercises.
